In April, Ilaria Gentile fulfils her dream of opening her own patisserie, a unique and exclusive certified gluten-free artisanal laboratory that includes lactose-free and vegan products.

The patisserie awaits you to provide priceless moments of endless sweetness through delicious and sweet creations. Its goal is an 'empathetic' patisserie with a keen eye on new confectionery techniques, leaving people not only with the taste of something good but the emotion of having experienced a unique sensory journey.


During the Christmas season, panettone with raisins and candied fruit, and soft pandoro are prepared, also gluten-free so that everyone can enjoy these treats. Panettone can be ordered by reservation and shipped throughout Italy.


At the patisserie, you can find a sweet for every occasion, celebration, and event. Not only sweets, but you can also choose from a wide assortment of savoury pastries such as mini pizzas, savoury pies, and bread.

Ily's artisanal patisserie in Trieste includes sweet and savoury creations, made with carefully selected high-quality ingredients. Here, you can find biscuits, muffins, cakes, custom-order cakes, single-portion sweets, tarts, croissants, mini pizzas, savoury pies, bread, jams, and preserves. During festive periods, gluten-free panettone with candied fruit and raisins, soft pandoro, and doves are available, all with plenty of taste suitable for everyone.
